What is it?                                                                                                                        Personal training is about enabling you to improve your health, fitness, wellbeing, appearance, performance and self-confidence.  I provide personal training, lifestyle & dietary advice so that you can achieve what you want.                                                                                    

After an initial consultation, I will devise and agree with you the best, individualised programme to enable you to achieve your goals. I specifically focus on cardiovascular fitness, body fat reduction, mass gain, muscle toning, flexibility development and nutrition.

The initial consultation is free, so that I can understand fully what you want to achieve, and then develop an exercise plan that fits into your lifestyle. I will regularly reassess your progress against what you set out to achieve and make any adjustments that are necessary along the way.

An effective exercise plan and improved eating habits will create a healthier, fitter you and give you more energy, vitality and unleash the healthy new you. 

Who is it for?                                                                                                                                             Often, people work out and exercise yet see little or no change, become disheartened, lose motivation and then stop.  It can feel as if you go through the motions.  Gyms can be great but can be intimidating, and expensive membership can be wasted money.  Also, a lack of guidance and support means that you are not sure what is going wrong.
