Service

A personal training service in the Cardiff and surrounding area that is mobile and comes to you for your convenience.  The training can take place at your home, outdoors or even at your place of work if your company is interested in keeping their people healthy and happy.  All of the required equipment is brought to you, so there's no need to worry.  An initial consultation is held so that we can discuss what your requirements are, agree them and decide what will be the best and most enjoyable way to achieve your goals.  Training can cover the five areas of physical fitness - cardiovascular, muscle strength, muscle endurance, flexibility and motor skills (how well your nervous system communicates with your muscles).  Health screening and fitness testing will be completed to understand your existing fitness level, and to ensure that an exercise progamme is set that will help you achieve what you want.    

§        One-to-One Personal Training

        Individual training with me to help encourage, motivate and support you to achieve what you want,

        following an exercise programme that has been designed specifically for you.  

§         Prefer to Train With Someone Else?                                                                                                            

        If you are more motivated by training with someone else or a few friends, I am happy to train in

        small groups of up to four people. 

§            Intensive Training Packages

  Do you want to look good for a forthcoming event, such as a wedding? Intensive training packages of

  increased weekly sessions at reduced session rates are available.

§         Dietary Advice

  As part of any personal training package, I will study your diet and set an eating plan that is right  

  for you, to help you get to where you want. 

§         Fitness Assessments and Regular Progress Checks

  An initial health check and fitness tests will be conductedThe tests will involve measuring your 

  current strength, stamina and flexibility levels, and these will be monitored during regular  

  reviews to see the improvements that you are making.                                                                             

§       Exercise Plans

  Individual exercise plans will be set for you personally against your objectives and cover all
